We reply within one business day to set a consultation. During the season that is often a same-day text. The consultation itself takes twenty to thirty minutes on site: we measure rooflines, check power, look at sight lines from the street and talk through color and coverage.

You then get a fixed written quote covering design, leased commercial-grade LED bulbs and custom-cut wire, clips and timers, installation, unlimited in-season service, January takedown and off-season storage. Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged until you approve it.

If you approve, we lock an install window and confirm a turn-on date, most often the weekend before Thanksgiving. You do not need to be home for the install.

Useful things to include: your street address, whether the home is one or two stories, roughly how much of the roofline you want lit, whether you want trees, columns, wreaths or walkways included, and any color preference. A photo of the front of the property from the street answers most of our questions at once.

For commercial requests, tell us the property type, approximate linear footage, whether you need lighting up before Thanksgiving, and whether installation has to happen outside business hours. Multi-building sites and HOA common areas are bid as a package.

Booking opens in July. Installs run from late September through the first week of December and the schedule generally fills by early November, so earlier calls get better date choices. Repeat customers hold their prior window.

Once your display is up, service is included. If a bulb fails, a strand goes dark or wind pulls a run loose, call or text and we will be out to fix it free of charge, typically within 48 hours. Takedown is scheduled through January and the lights come back to our shop for inspection and storage.
