Booking starts with a phone call or a quote request in July or August, before the calendar gets tight. We set a measurement visit, walk the property with you, and talk through which rooflines, windows and trees make sense to light given your budget and how the house sits on the lot.

From there we build a materials list: exact linear footage of each roofline, bulb spacing, wire color to match your siding or trim, and clip type for gutter, shingle or fascia mounts. Nothing is guessed on site. Wire gets custom cut in our shop before install day, which is why the finished lines run straight instead of sagging between staples.

Most homes need zero service calls in a season. The ones that do are almost always weather-related, and because the lights are leased commercial-grade product rather than a big-box strand, failure rates are low to begin with.

Buying consumer LED strands, storage bins, extension cords, clips and a timer for an average home runs a similar amount to a first-season lease, and that is before you spend a weekend on a ladder installing it yourself and another weekend taking it down in January.

The lease price includes the labor twice, once to install and once to remove, plus every repair in between. If a strand goes out on December 20th, that is our problem to fix at no charge, not a trip to the hardware store for you.

Storage is the part people underestimate. Consumer lights kept in a garage or attic corrode, tangle and fail at a higher rate year over year. Ours are inspected, repaired and stored properly in our facility, which is a big reason why year-two and year-three displays go up faster and look better than a homeowner-stored set.

We open booking in July. That sounds early for a Christmas project, but our install season is short, late September through the first week of December, and the good dates go fast once Halloween passes.
